Civic association PRONATUR is as a partner involved in the project „Citizen Science in the Carpathians: building capacities of protected areas managers“. This project aims to support the citizen sciense in the Carpathians, disseminating information on the importance of the citizen sciense. The project activities focus on workshops both for experts and public and development of e-learning courses. The practical use of citizen sciense in form of international event called BioBlitz is also a part of the project. This event support local citizens in collection of data on species and encourages to cooperation between the sciense and citizens on the local level.
